What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Pay, ShopPay & Apple Pay.

When will my order ship?

The production lead time is around 2-4 weeks after the order is placed. Once the product is ready you will receive an email. It will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days. For custom order lead time may vary.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes, we do offer custom orders! We understand that sometimes our standard products may not fit your specific needs, so we're happy to work with you to create a custom solution. Please fill the contact us form or alternatively you can email us directly at info@heavnzdoor.com.au with your requirements, and we'll be happy to assist you in placing a custom order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. The delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note that additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost is free Australia wide for selected products. International shipping cost is automatically calculated at the checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations if they are made within 24 hours of purchase.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you decide you want to return an item, it will be subject to the following conditions:
- All returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This is not applicable for returns on damaged or defective items.
- All shipping charges are not refundable. If the item received had free shipping, we will deduct the amount paid by our company to you from any potential refund.
- Items must be unopened, packed carefully and shipped via a method that is insured, trackable and has signature required for delivery. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that is incurred while the package is in transit.
Any item that is made on a custom order basis is manufactured to your exact specifications. As a result, we will not be able to honour any order cancellation, return or exchange requests on these items.

What is your warranty policy?

We offer a one year limited warranty on all of our products against manufacturing defects and will replace any items at absolutely no charge.
The warranty however does not cover any physical defects that were caused by improper use of the products such as accidental damage, misuse or alteration of the product. Each warranty claim will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: The warranty covers defects within 10 days of discovery. As the products are individually handcrafted there may be slight variations in measurement, texture, finish and colour. In case of serious defectiveness please send an email to info@heavnzdoor.com.au indicating the type of defect with attached photo.
