When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 3-5 days. Each piece is individually finished before dispatch and securely packed to protect the acrylic surface during transit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. The delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note that additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I cancel my order?
We accept cancellations if they are made within 24 hours of purchase.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns are accepted. Contact within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. Items must be returned in original condition.
What is your warranty policy?
Each piece is covered against manufacturing defects. If there is an issue, contact within 14 days of delivery and it will be resolved.
Will the Acrylic scratch?
Acrylic is a hard material, but like any polished surface, it can develop fine marks with use over time. Under normal use, the surface remains clear and maintains its appearance.
What about care & cleaning?
Clean with a soft microfibre cloth.
